We had our ISO27001 audit with Howard over Christmas. It was not an ideal way to spend Christmas but was not as terrible as expected….Why….Howard. Howard conducted the audit in a professional, thorough, and well-structured manner. His balanced approach was both supportive and appropriately challenging, enabling open discussion while ensuring requirements were fully assessed. The audit was well-managed and highly productive. I am pleased to say we passed with no non conformities and I look forward to next years review.
